How to Schedule Our Services
At CSP, we utilize a scheduling platform called ScrubSync. ScrubSync allows our clients to freely express their surgical preferences when scheduling Surgical Assistants: providing faster coverage confirmation, stronger rapport with team members, and a streamlined approach to outsourcing your Surgical Assistant services.
ScrubSync does not require any subscription fees or added costs to our scheduled services.
Steps to Get Started

Visit the myscrubsync.com home page and create an account as a ‘Facility’ user.

After your account is approved, you are able to access and view our Surgical Assistants, their surgical backgrounds, and their upcoming availability.

You have the ability to either send a direct request to a specific Surgical Assist, or you can simply post an open shift for one of our SA’s to pick up.

You will receive an email notification when your request or open shift is confirmed by one of our Surgical Assists.

Once a shift is completed, a timesheet will be sent to your account for verification. This helps us log the Surgical Assist’s hours for billing purposes (you will not be billed until insurance claims are processed).

Our invoices are sent in monthly installments, directly to your email.
