How to Schedule Our Services
At CSP, we utilize a scheduling platform called ScrubSync. ScrubSync allows our clients to freely express their surgical preferences when scheduling Surgical Assistants: providing faster coverage confirmation, stronger rapport with team members, and a streamlined approach to outsourcing your Surgical Assistant services.
ScrubSync does not require any subscription fees or added costs to our scheduled services.

Steps to Get Started

Create an Account
Visit the myscrubsync.com home page and create an account as a "Facility" user.

Browse Our Surgical Assistants
After your account is approved, you're able to access and view our Surgical Assistants, their surgical backgrounds, and their upcoming availability.

Send a Request or Post an Open Shift
You have the ability to either send a direct request to a specific Surgical Assist, or simply post an open shift for one of our SA's to pick up.

Confirmation of Coverage
You will receive an email notification when your request or open shift is confirmed by one of our Surgical Assists.

Verify a Timesheet
Once a shift is completed, a timesheet will be sent to your account for verification. This helps us log the Surgical Assist's hours for billing purposes — you will not be billed until insurance claims are processed.

Pay an Invoice
Our invoices are sent in monthly installments, directly to your email.
